Although the terms involved in the creation of a
website are included in each webdesign contract
between designpirate and the client, there are a
few terms that require restatement.
While we do not require a certain host to service
your account, certain types of design elements require
certain versions of PHP and PERL installed. Please
contact us
if you are unsure if your current host meets your
needs.
We are currently recommending Liquid
Web for my client's hosting needs. They are
professional, courteous and attentive. Please check
their site for current pricing information. Most
sites do not require more than the Shared Standard
account.
At this time we do not recommend that my clients
allow their hosting comapnies to register their
domain names for them. Please avoid the hassle and
use a third-party registrar. Our recommended Domain
Registrar is Dotster.
The client is for the registration and payment of
monthly or annual fees for these services.
The client is responsible and unconditionally guarantees
that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs,
trademarks, or other artwork furnished to DESIGNPIRATE
for inclusion in webpages are owned by the client,
or that the client has permission from the rightful
owner to use each of these elements.
The client is also responsible to comply with any
and all licensing terms for software used on the
Web Hosting Account.
Fees to DESIGNPIRATE are due and payable on the
following schedule: 50% when the contract for services
is signed; 50% when the webpages are finalized.

change without notice and are not final until a
contract is signed.
